🧾 Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities

Manage sales, loan processing, and database management.

Assist Line Manager in achieving sales and business targets.

Monitor portfolio growth and profitability of assigned accounts.

Facilitate branch managers to achieve their KPIs.

Assist in product development and revision programs.

Review loan proposals and ensure regulatory compliance (SBP / SECP).

Maintain strict compliance with credit policies and prudential regulations.

Monitor non-performing loans (NPLs) and take timely corrective actions.

Prepare competitor scans and monthly classified account statements.

Maintain MIS and reporting dashboards for analysis.

Follow up on disbursement authorization and customer complaints.

Perform any other assigned duties by supervisors.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong expertise in data management and analysis.

Ability to meet deadlines and manage workload efficiently.

Proficiency inMS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
