Responsibilities

• Error-free execution of all customer/branch based financial transactions and other non-financial transactions as per SOPs and delegated authority.
• Implement processes per SOPs and KPIs to ensure adherence to policies and branch performance.
• Monitor branch operational reports to mitigate operational risk and support audit ratings.
• Safeguard cash vault, stationery and ATM; report suspicions to ensure timely escalation to compliance.
• Maintain cash-related MIS / Cash Transactions Reporting for regulators (SBP) and management.
• Maintain cash in hand and vault per State Bank's clean note policy and cash limits; reconcile cash balances.
