Job summary

Qureos is seeking a Growth Marketer to own paid channel growth across LinkedIn and Meta, handling planning, execution, and optimization. You will build attribution tying ad spend to revenue and drive CPL down while using in-product data to refine the funnel strategy.

The role requires 5+ years in growth or performance marketing with hands-on campaign mastery on LinkedIn and Meta, a strong growth mindset, UAE time-zone availability, and comfort collaborating with design and PLG teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing.
• Deep expertise in LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads, comfortable running campaigns.
• Strong grasp of attribution modeling and connecting spend to revenue.
• Comfort with in-product/usage data to understand funnel behavior.
• Growth mindset that considers the full funnel, not just top-of-funnel metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own paid channel performance across LinkedIn and Meta from planning to optimization.
• Build and maintain attribution linking ad spend to revenue.
• Own cost-per-lead (CPL) as a core metric and drive it down over time.
• Analyze in-product usage data to identify funnel leaks and adjust channel strategy.
• Report on paid channel performance (CPL, attribution, revenue) to leadership.
