Mous is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own paid media across Meta, Google (Search, PMax and Demand Gen) and Amazon. You’ll shape how campaigns run, manage accounts, and report to the Senior Growth Marketing Manager, with oversight across multiple markets.

You’ll mentor the Junior Growth Executive, drive data‑led decisions using ROAS, CPA, CVR, AOV and CAC, and continuously optimise campaigns. The role is on‑site in Lahore (Upper Mall), Monday–Thursday, with Friday optional WFH and

Qualifications

• 2–4 years' hands-on paid media across Meta and Google.
• Experience with Amazon Advertising is a plus.
• Strong Excel/Sheets and Power BI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own execution across Meta, Google, and Amazon: campaign builds and day-to-day management.
• Plan and deliver activity for product launches and sales events with Senior Growth Manager.
• Mentor Junior Growth Executive and grow the team.
• Own reporting across channels and provide actionable updates to leaders.
• Identify optimisation opportunities across campaigns, audiences, bidding, and creative.
• Support budget allocation to hit ROAS targets as spend scales.
• Plan and run A/B tests with Creative and Web/Ecom teams.
• Analyse ROAS, CPA, CVR, AOV, CAC and turn insights into action.
