• Develop a strong understanding of Interwood’s product range, materials, designs, features, and value propositions.
• Understand sales performance, customer conversion, average transaction value, and other key retail business metrics.
• Build lasting customer relationships through effective communication, follow-ups, and professional service.
• Learn retail processes, visual merchandising standards, inventory coordination, and showroom management practices.
• Participate in structured on-the-job training, product learning, and sales development initiatives.
