• Sales & Business Development: Learn to identify sales opportunities, convert walk-in customers into buyers, and contribute towards showroom sales targets
• Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of Interwood's product range, materials, designs, features, and value propositions
• Commercial Acumen: Understand sales performance, customer conversion, average transaction value, and other key retail business metrics
• Customer Relationship Management: Build lasting customer relationships through effective communication, follow-ups, and professional service
• Showroom Operations: Learn retail processes, visual merchandising standards, inventory coordination, and showroom management practices
