Job summary

Interwood Mobel is looking for a Management Trainee Officer (MTO) in Retail Sales to join our Islamabad/Rawalpindi showroom. You’ll engage customers, learn to spot sales opportunities, and contribute toward showroom targets while building deep product knowledge.

You’ll receive structured on‑the‑job training, sharpen your communication and presentation skills, and support showroom operations, merchandising, and customer relationship management as you grow into a sales professional.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Management.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable furniture solutions in-store.
• Learn to identify sales opportunities and contribute toward showroom targets.
• Develop product knowledge of Interwood’s range, materials, designs, features, and value propositions.
• Understand sales performance, customer conversion, average transaction value, and other key retail metrics.
• Build lasting customer relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.
