Job summary

Interwood Mobel (Pvt) Ltd. is seeking a Management Trainee Officer (MTO) for Retail Sales. Fresh graduates or interns will learn customer engagement, showroom sales, and product knowledge in a dynamic furniture retail environment.

You will develop skills in sales, business development, and customer relationship management while gaining hands-on showroom exposure and progression opportunities based on performance and capability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in relevant disciplines.
• Fresh graduates or internship experience acceptable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and understand their needs to suggest furniture and interior solutions.
• Assist in showroom sales and contribute to meeting sales targets.
• Develop knowledge of Interwood’s product range and value propositions.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and seek opportunities to improve conversions.
• Build lasting customer relationships through professional service and follow-ups.
• Support showroom operations including merchandising, inventory coordination, and processes.
• Participate in structured on-the-job training and product learning.
