Responsibilities

• End-to-end onboarding of retail products in a centralized setup.
• Direct and control Personal Loans and Cards application processing including underwriting, CPV and disbursal.
• Review cases to ensure product parameters and policy criteria are met.
• Ensure SLA/TAT and accuracy; monitor daily performance and data quality.
• Maintain monthly exception tracking and reporting to stakeholders with escalation adherence.
• Coordinate with onshore/offshore teams and risk management for capacity planning.
