Job summary

Mashreq Careers is looking for an experienced Onboarding Product Lead to own the end-to-end digital onboarding and sales funnel, from traffic and landing-page conversion through lead capture, application completion, onboarding, activation and cross-sell.

You will work with Product, Technology, UX, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Risk and Compliance to create seamless customer journeys, optimize funnels with data and experiments, and deliver measurable improvements in conversion, time-to-onboard

Qualifications

• Experience building and optimizing onboarding funnels.
• Strong data-driven mindset with KPI-based improvements.
• Ability to translate customer needs into product requirements.
• Experience coordinating across product, tech, UX and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end digital onboarding and sales funnel from traffic to cross-sell.
• Identify drop-offs and friction; run experiments to improve performance.
• Own onboarding product vision and roadmap with stakeholder alignment.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, UX, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Risk and Compliance to deliver seamless journeys.
• Develop and deploy digital capabilities that boost conversion and activation.
