Job summary

Mashreq NEO CORP is seeking an experienced Retail Credit professional to assess and approve lending applications in line with policy, risk criteria, and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with business, technology, risk, and analytics teams to enhance digital credit journeys and ensure audit readiness.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years in retail credit, solid analytical skills, and experience with credit cards and personal loans. Prior automation and digital banking exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; Masters preferred.
• 4–6 years in Retail Credit (Underwriting, Analytics, Policy).
• Experience with credit cards and personal loans.
• Knowledge of Credit Bureau assessment.
• Strong analytical and risk-awareness.
• Experience with automated decision engines preferred.
• Excellent communication and time management.
• Digital banking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare MIS, portfolio monitoring, and management reporting.
• Support policy implementation, maintenance, and digital journey configuration.
• Manage Credit Bureau reporting and reconciliation.
• Coordinate SBP regulatory reporting requirements.
• Liaise between Business, Technology, Operations, Risk, Analytics and stakeholders for journey implementation, policy changes and process enhancements.
• Support UAT, process automation initiatives, change requests and ongoing optimization of digital credit journeys.
• Maintain process documentation, governance requirements, controls and audit readiness.
• Provide operational support for new product launches while ensuring policy/regulatory compliance.
