Job summary

MashreqBank is seeking a Credit Analyst to analyze and process credit proposals for retail lending products, ensuring adherence to policy and timely approvals. You will support front-end automation, supervise reviews, and assist in staff training while maintaining high standards of service and accuracy.

Candidates should have a degree with >3 years of relevant experience, strong analytical ability, and excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and with branch staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate with >3 years work experience in credit management.
• Excellent analytical skills required for credit evaluation and policy adherence.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for internal collaboration and client interaction.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and process credit proposals and applications for MashreqBank’s retail lending products including Badr products.
• Ensure smooth implementation of front-end automation of credit process solutions across lending products.
• Regulate approvals within Credit Policy and Product parameters and ensure proper collateral documentation.
• Supervise credit review functions as required for RBG products and train new staff.
• Interact daily with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve process issues and maintain turnaround times.
