Job summary

SkyCrew in Faisalabad seeks a seasoned Restaurant Manager for a seasonal, temporary position. You will oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction, and manage budgeting and staff scheduling.

Requirements include 5+ years in restaurant management, experience with seasonal venues, and strong leadership and communication skills. Familiarity with POS systems and inventory software is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Restaurant Manager.
• Experience in managing seasonal restaurants is preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Must be available to work weekends holidays and flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations including staffing, food preparation, customer service and budgeting.
• Train, supervise and motivate staff to provide exceptional service and maintain high standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve overall restaurant performance.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed and ensure proper stock rotation to minimize waste.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
