We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Restaurant Manager to join our team on a temporary part-time basis. As a temporary Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant including managing staff ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the restaurant including staff scheduling inventory management and financial reporting
• Train and supervise staff to ensure consistent service standards and adherence to company policies
• Interact with customers to ensure their satisfaction and handle any complaints or concerns in a professional manner
• Maintain high standards of food quality and cleanliness by conducting regular inspections and implementing corrective actions as needed
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for necessary supplies in a timely manner
• Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements

• Previous experience in restaurant management is preferred but not required
• Excellent time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English Urdu is also preferred
