Qualifications

• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Oversee daily restaurant operations of the restaurant including managing staff, inventory, and budget.
• Ensure quality and consistency in food and beverage offerings.
• Train and develop staff to maintain high levels of service and efficiency.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
• Create schedules and manage labor costs.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute events or promotions.
• Report to upper management on financial performance, customer feedback and any operational issues.
