Job summary

Cordatus Resource Group is seeking an experienced US Senior Recruiter to support US-based clients in identifying, attracting, and placing leadership and executive-level talent. This fully remote role requires a proven track record in US recruitment and engagement with US clients and candidates.

The successful candidate will manage the full lifecycle, perform market mapping, and build strong pipelines for ongoing executive searches.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-5 years of hands-on recruitment experience in the US market.
• Experience recruiting for US professional, management, leadership, and executive-level positions.
• Strong English communication and engagement with US clients and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US-based positions.
• Partner with US clients and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and position requirements.
• Source, attract, and engage top talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, networks, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Utilize and manage the candidate database to identify talent for current and future needs.
• Conduct market mapping and talent intelligence to identify candidates across target industries.
• Build relationships with candidates and maintain a strong pipeline for executive searches.
• Recruit for Manager, Director, VP, Executive roles across industries.
• Screen and assess candidates, evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Present shortlists and recommendations to clients.
• Coordinate interview processes and maintain communication with candidates and clients.
• Build pipelines for future needs and negotiate offers.
• Maintain records in ATS/CRM and ensure data accuracy.
