• Experience engaging with US-based clients, hiring managers, and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US-based positions.
• Partner with US clients to understand hiring needs and position requirements.
• Source, attract, and engage top US talent via LinkedIn Recruiter and networks.
• Maintain an active candidate pipeline and conduct screening/interviews.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate successful placements.
• Maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM and regular updates.
