Responsibilities

• Conduct lead generation, prospecting, and qualifying potential new clients
• Research companies to create strategic communication plans
• Proactively schedule calls with prospective clients via phone and email (including cold calling)
• Knowledge of LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms
• Shadow and partner with Member Success Managers to support revenue targets
• Interact with sales, marketing, and project delivery teams to determine customer needs
• Respond to customer requests in a courteous and professional manner
