We are seeking a technical pre-sales professional with 3+ years experience to run live demos, craft architecture and deployment options, answer security and compliance questions, and help match VIDIZMO to buyers’ needs. You’ll use AI tools to research and draft proposals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in pre-sales, solutions engineering or technical account management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Legally authorized to work in Pakistan.
• Comfort with running live product demos for technical and non-technical buyers.
• Familiarity with cloud and on-prem deployments and security questionnaires.

Responsibilities

• Run product demos and technical discovery with buyers and partners.
• Answer technical questions within one working day.
• Complete security questionnaires and the technical sections of proposals.
• Show that the product fits, covering architecture, deployment and integration options.
• Bring customer feedback and feature requests back to the product team.
• Use Claude or a similar AI assistant every day for technical research and proposal writing.
