VIDIZMO is seeking a deal-closing professional with 3+ years in B2B software sales. You will own deals from first meeting to signed order, handle renewals/expansions, and leverage AI tools like Claude for proposals and follow-ups.

Remote work allowed within Pakistan; strong English required and CRM discipline essential. You'll work with RevOps on larger deals, maintaining transparent stages, close dates, and next steps.

Qualifications

• 3+ years closing B2B software deals, from discovery to signed order.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Experience with renewals and expansion for existing customers.
• Disciplined CRM use, with honest stages and close dates.

Responsibilities

• Own and close deals from first meeting to signed order.
• Write and send proposals, collaborating with the proposal team.
• Maintain accurate deal stages, close dates and next steps in CRM.
• Collaborate with RevOps on larger deals and take on bigger deals as you prove wins.
• Grow existing customers through renewals and expansions.
• Log every conversation in CRM the same day.
• Use Claude or similar AI daily for prep, proposals, and CRM updates.
