Job summary

Pavago is hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist to own paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more. You will optimize budgets, test audiences, and improve ROAS, CPA, CPL, and conversion rates while collaborating with creative, content, sales, and marketing teams. The role is fully remote with U.S. business hours support.

The ideal candidate is data-driven, excited about testing, and capable of scaling successful campaigns to drive growth and revenue.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on performance marketing or paid media experience.
• Proven experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of PPC, Paid acquisition, Conversion tracking, Attribution, Funnel optimization, Audience targeting
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and advertising platform analytics
• Demonstrated ability to improve ROAS, reduce CPA and CPL, optimize conversion rates, scale successful campaigns
• Experience managing advertising budgets and multiple campaigns
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Ability to work remotely during U.S. business hours

Responsibilities

• Paid Media Campaign Management: Build, launch, and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other channels.
• Campaign Optimization & Growth: Monitor performance, improve ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, and conversion rates.
• A/B Testing & Experimentation: Develop structured tests for creatives, messaging, audiences, and landing pages.
• Analytics, Attribution & Conversion Tracking: Track performance with GA, GTM, and platform dashboards.
• Funnel & Conversion Optimization: Analyze customer journey and collaborate to improve lead quality.
• Reporting & Performance Insights: Produce weekly/monthly reports and actionable recommendations.
• Creative & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with design, content, and sales on assets and messaging.
