Job summary

Lux Decor Collection is seeking a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and scale digital advertising across Meta, TikTok, Google, Snapchat, and YouTube. Remote work is offered, with a focus on US-market customer acquisition and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will be data-driven, commercially minded, and experienced in e-commerce, affiliate marketing, and creator partnerships, delivering measurable ROAS and profitability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, Paid Media, or Growth Marketing.
• Strong hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Strong experience with Google Ads.
• Experience with Snapchat Ads and YouTube Ads is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce customer acquisition and performance marketing.
• Experience with affiliate marketing and influencer/creator marketing.
• Experience using affiliate/creator platforms such as Trybe or similar tools is a plus.
• Experience targeting and acquiring customers in the US market is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, CPC, CPM, CVR, AOV, revenue, and profitability.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
• Experience with creative testing and performance-based optimization.
• Ability to identify winning products, audiences, creatives, and offers and scale them effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and make decisions based on performance data.

Responsibilities

• Manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across: Meta Ads / Facebook / Instagram, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, Snapchat Ads, YouTube Ads, and other paid platforms.
• Develop and execute full-funnel performance marketing strategies focused on customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Scale campaigns based on ROAS, CPA, CAC, revenue, conversion rate, and profitability.
• Plan, launch, and continuously test: ad creatives, audiences, products, offers, campaign structures, ad copy, messaging, and landing pages.
• Analyze campaign and customer data to identify opportunities and improve performance.
• Monitor daily campaign performance and make data-driven optimization decisions.
• Identify underperforming campaigns, audiences, products, and creatives and take corrective action.
• Develop and manage affiliate and influencer marketing programs to generate incremental revenue.
• Recruit, onboard, and scale affiliates and creators using platforms such as Trybe and similar affiliate/creator tools.
• Work closely with content and creative teams to identify high-performing creatives and scale winning concepts.
• Provide creative insights based on paid advertising performance and customer behavior.
• Analyze competitors, market trends, products, offers, and customer acquisition opportunities.
• Track advertising spend, revenue, ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, CPC, CPM, CVR, AOV, and other relevant performance metrics.
• Prepare regular performance reports with clear insights, growth opportunities, and actionable recommendations.
• Help identify new channels and opportunities for scalable customer acquisition.
• Stay up to date with the latest paid advertising, e-commerce, affiliate marketing, creator marketing, and social commerce trends.
