Job summary

Lux Decor Collection is seeking an experienced eBay Specialist to manage and scale our US marketplace presence. You will handle listing creation, SEO, PPC/Promoted Listings, inventory control, and performance analytics to drive growth and profitability.

You will own end-to-end marketplace operations, from listing optimization to revenue growth, while monitoring account health and customer satisfaction in a remote work setup focused on international markets.

Qualifications

4+ years hands-on eBay experience.
Strong US eBay marketplace experience.
Experience with listings, SEO, and promotions.
Ability to analyze data and take action.
Experience with inventory forecasting.

Responsibilities

Manage the eBay seller account and day-to-day marketplace operations.
Monitor account health, seller performance, customer feedback, and policy compliance.
Identify and resolve account issues, restrictions, defects, and performance concerns.
Create, update, and optimize eBay product listings; conduct keyword research.
Develop and implement eBay SEO strategies to improve organic ranking.
Manage and optimize eBay Promoted Listings and advertising campaigns.
Develop strategies to increase sales, conversion rate and revenue.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with teams to prevent stockouts.
Monitor competitor listings, pricing, and market trends.
Track marketplace metrics and prepare performance reports.
Maintain excellent seller feedback and customer satisfaction.
