You will manage time records, maintain payroll records, and collaborate with HR and Finance to resolve issues. Remote work is supported; confidentiality is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous payroll processing experience and payroll administration.
• Strong knowledge of payroll calculations, taxes and deductions.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with payroll, HRIS or accounting software.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion.
• Ability to work remotely and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and on time according to schedules.
• Review time records, hours, overtime, bonuses, deductions and other payroll data.
• Calculate wages, deductions, taxes, benefits and other adjustments.
• Maintain up-to-date employee payroll records.
• Process new hires, terminations, promotions and salary changes.
• Ensure payroll data is entered correctly into systems.
• Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay and benefits.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance and other teams to resolve issues.
• Prepare payroll reports and supporting documentation.
• Assist with payroll tax filings, payments and compliance.
• Maintain records of payroll transactions and supporting docs.
• Support payroll audits with requested reports.
• Monitor deadlines and stay informed about policy changes.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of compensation and personal information.
• Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and accuracy.
