Job summary

Translation Empire PK is seeking a Payroll Officer to handle end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance. You will maintain payroll records, coordinate with HR on onboarding and changes, and prepare reports for internal use and audits.

The role requires at least 4 years of payroll experience, with familiarity in PK payroll processing and various payroll software. The position is based at DHA 1, Sector F, Rawalpindi with a 10am-7pm shift and a market-competitive

Qualifications

• 4 years of payroll experience.
• Experience managing payroll for 200–300 employees.
• Familiarity with PK Payroll Processing regulations and labor laws.
• Bachelor’s/Associate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll accurately and on time.
• Maintain payroll records including earnings, deductions, bonuses, and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and tax regulations.
• Coordinate with HR on onboarding, exits and compensation changes.
• Prepare payroll reports for audits and management review.
• Manage vendor and statutory contributions for benefits.
