Job summary

SyBridge Technologies is seeking a Payroll & HRIS Specialist to provide reliable support for multi-state U.S. payroll operations and centralized HRIS data maintenance within the HRIS.

The role may also support benefits administration based on business needs. The successful candidate will have hands‑on experience with ADP Workforce Now and a strong background supporting payroll within a manufacturing environment, ensure timely and accurate payroll support, maintain high‑quality HRIS data, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years of payroll, HRIS data management and benefits experience.
• Hands-on experience supporting multi-state U.S. payroll.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now is a must.
• Proficiency in Excel and cross-functional collaboration with HR and Finance.
• Manufacturing environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly and semi-monthly U.S. payroll, review changes and update records.
• Maintain and audit HRIS data with confidentiality and accuracy.
• Support benefits enrollments and vendor coordination.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and payroll partners to resolve issues and ensure compliance.
• Prepare payroll reports and assist audits and reconciliations.
