Qualificações

• Proven patient communication and call-handling experience.

• Familiarity with U.S. healthcare workflows and HIPAA.

Responsabilidades

• Handle high-volume inbound patient calls and inquiries.
• Process medical records and support billing and referrals while maintaining HIPAA.
• Collaborate with supervisors and other VMA to ensure smooth cross-location workflows.
