Go Lean Health, a U.S.-based pulmonology practice, is hiring Virtual Medical Assistants to support front-desk patient communication and medical records management. This remote, part-time role offers 30 hours per week and pays $5–$6 per hour, with schedules aligned to U.S.

Central Time. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, with experience in handling high volumes of calls, HIPAA-compliant records, and bilingual communication to assist Spanish-speaking patients.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Virtual Medical Assistant experience.
• Experience supporting U.S.-based healthcare practices.
• Strong English communication, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and patient confidentiality.
• Ability to handle high-volume calls and coordinate patient requests.

Responsabilités

• Answer high-volume inbound patient calls and schedule appointments.
• Triage messages and EMR notes, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with Spanish-speaking patients and support back-office medical records.
