Global Smart Hands is hiring for a Service Delivery Coordinator to work fully remotely from Pakistan. The role coordinates service delivery end-to-end and supports engineers across L1–L3 to ensure timely, quality outcomes.

You will source and schedule engineers, manage SLA tickets, and liaise with European recruiters to align capacity with demand. Strong English is essential, with 1–3 years IT MSP experience required.

Qualifications

• Advanced English required (written/spoken).
• 1–3 years IT Managed Services experience.
• SLA ticket handling experience.
• Existing L1–L3 engineer pool & network knowledge.
