Job summary

Lux Decor Collection is seeking an experienced Inventory Planner to optimize stock across our multi-channel ecommerce platforms. You will analyze sales trends, forecast demand, and manage replenishment to prevent stockouts and overstock while coordinating with procurement, suppliers, and logistics.

This fully remote role is suitable for candidates with 2–5 years in inventory or demand planning, strong analytics, and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Inventory Planning / Demand Planning / Supply Chain.
• Experience in e-commerce or marketplace-based businesses preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
• Familiarity with inventory tools/ERPs is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple SKUs in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales trends and forecast demand to maintain optimal inventory levels
• Plan and manage replenishment to avoid stockouts and overstock situations
• Coordinate with procurement, suppliers, and logistics teams on inbound inventory
• Monitor inventory performance across multiple marketplaces
• Track key KPIs including stock coverage, sell-through, and inventory turnover
• Improve inventory planning processes and reporting efficiency
