Job summary

Master Group seeks an experienced Inventory Planning lead to design and execute strategies ensuring material availability with optimal inventory levels. The role spans forecasting, replenishment planning, stock optimization, and tight coordination with Production, Purchase, Stores, and Sales.

Candidates should have a Master’s in SCM or Business Administration and 10–12 years in manufacturing, with ERP experience (SAP/Oracle/Dynamics) and strong Excel/BI skills for analytics.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration.
• 10-12 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or equivalent.
• Strong analytical skills in inventory planning, demand forecasting, and inventory optimization.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, BI and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels across factories/locations and optimize working capital.
• Review inventory ageing and reduce excess/obsolete stock.
• Develop strategies to improve turnover and lower holding costs.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Stores and Production for replenishment and material availability.
• Prepare reports on inventory levels, turnover, ageing, stockouts and replenishment status.
• Develop dashboards illustrating inventory trends and risks for management.
• Identify process improvements to enhance inventory planning and ERP usage.
