Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR, business admin or related field.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and online postings beneficial.
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly during working hours.

Responsibilities

• Post general remote work and administrative job openings on social media and boards.
• Monitor incoming responses and expressions of interest from applicants.
• Filter and capture candidate information based on requirements.
• Route qualified respondents to messaging channels for follow-up.
• Maintain accurate records of applicants and recruitment data.
• Keep job postings and profiles clean, professional and compliant with guidelines.
• Support coordination of candidate inquiries and recruitment activities.
• Perform additional administrative and recruitment support tasks as needed.
