Job summary

Agentraa is seeking a Growth & Partnerships Manager to help ecommerce businesses discover and adopt Agentraa. You’ll develop relationships with agencies, technology partners and potential customers, while identifying opportunities to grow the platform.

This role blends relationship-building with hands-on execution, from outreach and partnerships to campaigns, demos and customer feedback, in a small, remote team.

Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS growth, partnerships, sales or business development.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Comfortable speaking with ecommerce businesses and decision‑makers.
• Able to manage outreach and opportunities independently.
• Commercially minded with a practical, organised approach.
• Familiarity with ecommerce, Shopify or customer‑support software is helpful.
• Comfortable working in a small, remote team.
• Interested in AI and how it can improve ecommerce support.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with ecommerce agencies, consultants and technology partners
• Identify and develop new partnership and customer opportunities
• Manage outreach, discovery calls and product demonstrations
• Create campaigns that communicate Agentra’s value clearly
• Work with customer success to improve onboarding and retention
• Track leads, partnerships and growth performance
• Gather market and customer feedback for the product team
• Represent Agentra through communities, events and partner channels
