Job summary

Agentra is seeking a Customer Success & Onboarding Specialist to help ecommerce businesses start with our platform. You’ll guide customers through setup, connect stores and channels, and tailor Agentra to their policies and teams.

You will work remotely, communicate clearly, manage multiple accounts, and collaborate with product and engineering to improve adoption. Familiarity with Shopify or WooCommerce is helpful, and curiosity about AI is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer success, onboarding or SaaS support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable explaining software to non-technical customers.
• Organised, patient and able to manage several accounts at once.
• Familiarity with ecommerce, Shopify or WooCommerce is helpful.
• Curious about AI and willing to learn how Agentra works.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Customer Success & Onboarding Specialist to help ecommerce businesses get started with Agentra and continue getting value from the platform. You’ll guide customers through setup, understand how their support operation works and help configure Agentra around their store, policies, channels and team.
