Job summary

Oxiliry is seeking an experienced Offshore Delivery Manager to lead cross-functional operations, coordinate between U.S.-based stakeholders and offshore teams in Pakistan, and drive ERP migrations and automation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in functional project management, business process optimization, offshore operations, and stakeholder management, with excellent English communication and leadership skills to ensure seamless execution across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in business, PM, or operations management.
• 7+ years in operations, project, or delivery management.
• Minimum 3 years managing cross-functional offshore teams.
• Experience with U.S.-based stakeholders or international leadership.
• Strong skills in project tracking, SOPs, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of cross-functional projects across Finance, HR, Legal, IT, and Operations.
• Coordinate offshore teams to ensure timely execution and efficiency.
• Prepare executive reports and project dashboards for stakeholders.
• Lead ERP implementations, system migrations, and workflow automation initiatives.
• Establish SLAs, monitor progress, and drive continuous improvement.
• Act as liaison between U.S.-based leadership and offshore teams.
