Job summary

BearPlex, Inc. in Lahore is seeking a Business Development Executive to open new client relationships and grow our international pipeline. This on-site role requires engaging decision-makers abroad and turning conversations into long-term engagements.

You will generate leads, run discovery calls, write proposals with our teams, own the sales pipeline end-to-end, and maintain an accurate CRM. Collaboration with leadership and engineers is key to successful pricing and strategy.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of business development, sales or client acquisition experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English. You will be writing to and speaking with international clients every day, so this is essential.
• A track record of hitting targets, with specific examples you can talk through.
• Comfortable with outreach tools, LinkedIn and CRM systems.
• Confident on calls with senior people, and composed when a deal goes quiet.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, freelance platforms and referrals.
• Run discovery calls with prospects, understand what they actually need and qualify the fit.
• Write proposals and pitches with support from our technical and delivery teams.
• Own your pipeline end to end, from first contact through to a signed agreement.
• Follow up consistently. Most deals are won by the person who stayed in the conversation.
• Keep the CRM accurate so forecasting means something.
• Represent BearPlex professionally with international clients across time zones.
