BearPlex is hiring a Project Coordinator to keep our client projects moving, on schedule and clearly communicated.
We are a Lahore-based software company with a team of engineers building web, mobile and AI products for clients in healthcare, fintech, e-commerce and HR SaaS. You will sit between our clients and our delivery teams, making sure everyone knows what is happening and what comes next.
This is an on-site role at our Lahore office.
What you will do
- Coordinate day-to-day delivery across several projects at once, working with developers, designers and QA.
- Run daily standups, track sprint progress and keep project boards accurate and current.
- Write and maintain project documentation: scopes, meeting notes, status reports and timelines.
- Act as a first point of contact for clients, sending clear updates and chasing the answers your team needs.
- Spot risks, blockers and slipping deadlines early, then escalated them with proper context.
- Support project managers with planning, estimates and resource scheduling.
What we are looking for
- At least 2 years of experience in project coordination, project management or a similar delivery role.
- Excellent written and spoken English. You will be writing client updates and joining calls, so this is essential.
- Comfortable with project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello or Asana.
- Strong organisation. You keep many moving pieces on track without letting things slip.
- Confident following up with people until you get a clear answer.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
Nice to have
- Experience in a software house or agency handling several clients at once.
- Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum.
- Enough technical exposure to follow a conversation between developers.
What we offer
- Salary of PKR 150,000 to 250,000 per month, depending on experience.
- On-site role at our Lahore office.
- Exposure to a wide range of products, industries and international clients.
- A team where coordination is treated as real work, not an afterthought.
