Job summary

BearPlex, Inc. is hiring a Project Coordinator to keep client projects moving, on schedule and clearly communicated. This Lahore-based software company sits between clients and delivery teams to ensure everyone knows what is happening next. This is an on-site role at our Lahore office.

You will coordinate delivery across multiple projects, run daily standups, and maintain documentation. English proficiency and strong organization are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in project coordination or a similar delivery role.
• Excellent written and spoken English. Writing updates and joining calls is essential.
• Comfortable with project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello or Asana.
• Strong organization: keeping multiple pieces on track without slips.
• Confident following up with people until you get a clear answer.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day delivery across several projects with developers, designers and QA.
• Run daily standups, track sprint progress and keep project boards accurate and current.
• Write and maintain project documentation: scopes, meeting notes, status reports and timelines.
• Act as a first point of contact for clients, sending clear updates and chasing the answers your team needs.
• Spot risks, blockers and slipping deadlines early, then escalated them with proper context.
• Support project managers with planning, estimates and resource scheduling.
