Job summary

Pareto Leads - Customer Acquisition at Scale seeks a results-driven video ad creator who builds paid social ads from brief to finished product. You will craft hooks and scripts, source or generate footage with AI, and manage editing, pacing, captions, sound design, motion, and color.

You’ll deliver multiple variants for testing across Meta, YouTube, and TikTok, and review performance data to iterate and improve profitability.

Qualifications

• Portfolio of paid social ads with performance details.
• Ability to work from a written brief with minimal supervision.
• Strong editing chops across multiple tools (Premiere, AE, DaVinci, CapCut).
• Experience with AI generation tools in a production workflow.

Responsibilities

• Write or adapt scripts and hooks.
• Source footage or generate AI footage as needed.
• Edit, pace, caption, sound design, motion graphics, color.
• Cut multiple variants per concept to test hooks, openers, and CTAs.
• Deliver ads in correct specs for Meta, YouTube, TikTok.
• Interpret performance data post-launch and iterate.
