Ecom Brand Agency is looking for experienced video editors specializing in Meta Ads to join its creative production team.

Responsibilities

• Create performance-driven video ads for e-commerce brands targeting the US market, primarily in English.
• Produce videos generally 15 seconds to 1 minute in vertical (9:16) and square (1:1) formats for Meta Ads, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Structure creatives around ad performance, including hooks, retention, product value, and calls to action.
• Follow detailed briefs and brand guidelines.
• Receive feedback through Frame.io and complete revisions within required deadlines.
• Support reliable, long-term creative production at scale.

Job Specification

• Strong experience editing video for Meta Ads, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Strong understanding of direct-response advertising, hooks, retention, and hold rate.
• Ability to structure videos around hooks, problems, solutions, product introductions, benefits or USPs, social proof when relevant, and CTAs.
• Strong pacing, storytelling, and audience attention retention skills.
• Ability to understand products quickly and communicate their value through video.
• Experience with UGC-style and performance creatives.
• Ability to create 9:16 and 1:1 formats.
• Practical experience with AI video and creative tools, including AI-generated content, AI voiceovers, AI avatars, face swapping, lip-syncing, AI-generated scenes or elements, background replacement, and related AI editing techniques.
• Ability to combine real footage and AI-generated elements naturally and credibly.
• Ability to use AI tools to speed up production, test creative variations, and improve ad performance.
