Qualifications

Experience editing video for Meta Ads, Facebook and Instagram.
Strong understanding of direct-response advertising, hooks, retention, and hold rate.
Ability to structure videos around hooks, problems, solutions, product introductions, benefits or USPs, social proof when relevant, and CTAs.

Responsibilities

Create performance-driven video ads for e-commerce brands targeting the US market, primarily in English.
Produce videos in 9:16 and 1:1 formats for Meta Ads, Facebook, and Instagram.
Structure creatives around ad performance, including hooks, retention, product value, and calls to action.
Follow detailed briefs and brand guidelines.
Receive feedback through Frame.io and complete revisions within deadlines.
Support reliable, long-term creative production at scale.
