Job summary

LeanOps is hiring two creative generalists to edit video, design graphics, and harness AI tools to produce content quickly. Your output will primarily be Meta ad creatives and organic social content for our e-commerce stores.

You’ll collaborate with the media buyer and creative strategist to turn briefs into finished creatives, crafting multiple variations for testing and maintaining a well-organized library of assets for rapid iteration.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience editing short-form video and designing graphics.
• Portfolio or reel required.
• Proficiency in at least one video tool (Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut).
• Proficiency in at least one design tool (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or Canva Pro).
• Strong understanding of what makes short-form content perform — hooks, retention, pacing, on-screen text.
• Fast turnaround with high quality; comfortable with volume.
• Ability to take direct, data-based feedback.

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form video for paid ads and organic social — hooks, pacing, captions, sound, subtitles, CTAs.
• Design static and motion ad creatives, banners, and product visuals.
• Source content: UGC, raw product footage, stock, competitor references, trending formats.
• Generate AI images and AI video, and use AI tools to speed up variations and iterations.
• Work day-to-day with the media buyer and creative strategist to turn briefs into finished creatives.
• Produce multiple variations of winning creatives for testing (hook swaps, angle swaps, format swaps).
• Maintain an organized library of raw footage, assets, and final deliverables.
