Job summary

RoboBooth.ca is seeking a seasoned Performance Ad Video Editor & Motion Designer. You will transform briefs and raw footage into high-impact 9:16/4:5 ads for Facebook, Instagram and other paid-social channels, blending live action with motion graphics and sound design.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in video editing or motion design, expert After Effects and Premiere Pro skills, and a strong portfolio of short-form advertising. This is a hands-on, remote role with international clients.

Qualifications

2+ years of professional experience in video editing, motion design or advertising creative.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects and strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
Strong 2D motion-design, ability to create custom animation and graphics.
Experience producing short-form ads for Meta, Instagram, TikTok or paid social.
Excellent written and spoken English and ability to work remotely.

Responsibilities

Produce high-quality video advertisements for Facebook, Instagram and other paid-social platforms.
Edit various formats including UGC, talking-head, testimonials, and event montages.
Develop hooks, pacing, captions, and calls-to-action to improve advertising performance.
Create 2D motion graphics, kinetic typography, and animated product callouts.
Combine live-action footage with motion graphics and sound design.
Translate briefs into original visual concepts and multiple ad variations.
Prepare advertisements in 9:16 and 4:5 formats and manage assets and files.
