Job summary

Huzzle is recruiting a CRO Lead for a fast-growing marketing consultancy client in the medical aesthetics space. You will own the click-to-booking journey and turn insights into a repeatable conversion engine for high-ticket treatments.

You’ll analyze session recordings, heatmaps, and funnel analytics, run rigorous tests, review sales calls, and present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders. Fully remote, USA-friendly hours, managing 20+ client accounts.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable CRO experience with tests, predictions, and measuring results.
• High-ticket lead gen experience optimizing landing pages and forms.
• Mastery of session recordings, heatmaps, and funnel analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal English for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the click-to-booking journey and convert leads into paid bookings.
• Turn feedback into a systematic conversion engine using data.
• Collaborate with creative and sales teams; present hypotheses with evidence.
