HarZa Group is a remote-first health and wellness DTC company seeking a senior direct response copywriter to own post‑click funnel copy. You will research customers, form hypotheses, develop concepts, write the copy, launch funnels, measure results, and iterate based on learning.

The role emphasizes achieving strong conversion across ads, presell, sales pages, and upsells, with AI-enabled processes and a path toward leadership.

Qualifications

• Own post-click messaging and conversion copy strategy across funnels.
• Research customers via reviews, surveys, interviews, tickets and feedback.
• Develop testable hypotheses with clear success metrics for funnel tests.
• Write and optimize long- and short-form funnels including advertorials, pages, and upsell sequences.
• Align offers, pricing, guarantees and bundles with funnel flow for best conversion.
• Understand funnel economics: CAC, margins, repeat revenue and AOV.
• Monitor performance after launch and iterate based on learning and data.
• Leverage AI tools to improve research, writing and test documentation.
• Collaborate with founders, media buyers and designers to ensure coherent campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Own post-click messaging and conversion copy for funnel projects.
• Plan marketing campaigns and offers, mapping post-click needs across traffic sources.
• Develop hypotheses, run tests, and document learnings to inform next iterations.
• Create complete funnel assets: advertorials, listicles, quizzes, long/short-form pages, checkout and order bumps.
• Improve offer positioning, price, bundles and guarantees to maximize revenue.
• Track funnel performance and optimize for revenue per visitor and margins.
