Staunch is seeking a LinkedIn outreach expert for an on-site role with potential to transition to hybrid. You will build and manage a fully self-generated pipeline, book discovery calls, and engage healthcare/health-tech targets with personalized messages.

The role requires 3+ years in outbound sales development, a proven track record of 4–5 discovery calls per month, and excellent written English. Independent work style and strong research are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outbound sales development experience with LinkedIn outreach in tech/IT services.
• Demonstrable track record of booking 4–5 discovery calls per month via LinkedIn outreach without automation.
• Excellent written English; outreach messages should read naturally, not like templates.
• Strong prospect research skills; digging into websites, service lines, and pain points.
• Resilience and consistency; daily, disciplined outreach with minimal oversight.
• Ability to work independently and manage a full outreach pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify decision-makers at target healthcare, telehealth, and health-tech businesses.
• Build a qualified, well-researched prospect list before outreach begins, covering website review, tech stack, patient flow, and pain points.
• Build a self-generated pipeline from scratch; no pre-provided leads.
• Write and send personalized connection requests and follow-ups manually, without automation tools.
• Manage live conversations, handle objections, and move prospects toward a discovery call.
• Consistently book qualified discovery calls with the founder (target: 4–5+ per month).
• Keep a clean, up-to-date record of prospects, message stages and outcomes, with clear grip on every lead.
• Continuously refine messaging based on real conversations.
