This is ONE combined role: you find the leads, you run the outreach, you book the call, AND you close the deal. This is not a setter-only job. If you only book meetings and never close, this is not your role.

About: Smart AI Marketing Lab is a remote-first AI marketing agency. We run the Growth Engine: one expert team delivering AI marketing services, AI automation, and AI search visibility (AEO/GEO) for startups, e-commerce brands, and tech companies - including international clients.

What You Will Do: Build targeted lead lists of potential clients who fit our services. Run personalized outreach - email, LinkedIn, and DMs - not copy-paste spam. Follow up properly: sequences, replies, and re-engagement until there is a clear answer. Run discovery calls: understand the client's problem, pitch the right solution, handle objections, and close the deal. Keep the CRM updated and report daily/weekly: outreach sent, replies, calls booked, deals closed - real numbers only.

What You Must Have: Proven deals closed - you have closed sales before and can show the numbers. Excellent spoken and written English - you run calls and write outreach in English, professionally. Experience with CRM tools and outreach tools. Understanding of AI marketing services (AI marketing, AI automation, AI search visibility) so you can sell them credibly. Self-driven, reliable, and comfortable with targets: outreach volume, booked calls, and closed deals. Own laptop, headset, and a quiet workspace, plus a stable, reliable internet connection.
