Job summary

Clustox in Lahore is seeking a Senior Email Marketing Specialist who can own end-to-end email campaigns, focusing on segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle automation to boost engagement and conversions.

You will design templates, perform A/B tests, analyze KPIs, maintain list hygiene, and ensure deliverability, while collaborating with content, design, and sales teams and keeping up with GDPR/CAN-SPAM compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing.
• Knowledge of data scraping tools (e.g., Apollo, Sales Navigator, Lead411, or similar).
• Strong understanding of email KPIs, automation workflows, and lifecycle campaigns.
• Proficiency in segmentation, personalization, and customer journey mapping.
• Excellent copywriting and editing skills for subject lines and email content.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Work with email marketing/automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Instantly, Salesforce, or similar tools).
