Job summary

Markesta, a digital marketing partner built for real estate, is seeking a Sales Closer in Pakistan. You will close warm inbound leads from our real estate campaigns—agency owners, brokers, and developers—turning inquiries into paying clients.

You’ll work remotely anywhere in Pakistan, with up to 1 week of onboarding training. Earn a monthly base plus commission, with clear targets and a path to Sales Team Lead as Markesta grows.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of proven sales closing experience (B2B or high-ticket service).
• Experience closing Pakistani real estate clients, agencies, brokers, or developers is a plus.
• Track record of closing sales with numbers to back it up.
• Strong consultative selling skills and ability to question before pitching.
• Confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers, able to negotiate price.
• Comfortable tracking pipeline, following up and meeting targets without prompting.
• Fluent in English and Urdu; comfortable switching between both mid-conversation.
• Familiar with the Pakistani real estate market; comfortable using WhatsApp for day-to-day contact.
• Reliable laptop and stable internet connection.

Responsibilities

• Call warm inbound leads from Pakistan real estate campaigns and qualify details.
• Review lead data (name, company, city, budget, current marketing) before calling.
• Call leads via WhatsApp Web and present the PKR 150,000/month package.
• Understand prospect problems, then pitch Markesta solutions and close deals.
• Hand off closed clients to management with clear notes on agreements.
• Record every sales call using OBS Studio; no call goes unrecorded.
• Follow up on non-closers on Day 1, 3, 7, 14, and 30 per schedule.
• Send end-of-day reports in the dedicated WhatsApp group detailing calls and outcomes.
