Job summary

Assistoro is seeking a Client Success Executive to manage a U.S. real estate client's calendar and inbox, join meetings, keep the CRM and pipeline clean, and support outreach, research and listings.

The role offers growth into Account Coordinator and Operations Lead within a fast-paced, results-driven team. You will coordinate across time zones, prepare documents and summaries, assist with light content tasks, and handle real-estate tasks when needed.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years in Client Success, Admin, Operations or Customer Support (real estate a strong plus)
• Excellent written and spoken English with a clear, neutral accent
• Highly organised and responsible, juggling multiple tasks with accuracy and urgency
• Available for the night shift (6PM-3AM PKT), on-site in Islamabad
• Hands-on with real-estate CRMs like Follow Up Boss, kvCORE or LionDesk

Responsibilities

• Manage the client's calendar and inbox: schedules, reminders and meeting prep
• Join Zoom client meetings, take structured notes and drive timely action on deliverables
• Coordinate communication across time zones via email, calls and messaging
• Keep the CRM clean: tasks, pipelines, documents and client records
• Support lead generation and outreach, including cold calling and prospect follow-ups
• Run research (vendors, comps, market data, lead lists) and prepare clear summaries
• Prepare documents: spreadsheets, checklists, trackers and SOPs
• Help with light content (post scheduling, simple Canva edits) and real-estate tasks (listings, showings, MLS) when needed

As a Client Success Executive you're the engine behind a U.S. real estate client's day-to-day: organising their calendar and inbox, joining their meetings, keeping the CRM and pipeline clean, and supporting outreach, research and listings.
